Buyback Guidelines:
- You must fully own the device you're selling—it can't be on a plan, under contract, or have active account locks. For devices less than 3 years old or high-value items, proof that it's free from any active plan or contract is required; we may need the original purchase receipt to verify ownership.
- Please bring a valid photo ID and proof of address for all trade-ins and buybacks.
- Before bringing in your device, remove all personal data and unlink accounts like iCloud or Google. Devices linked to active accounts will not be accepted. Have your passwords ready to unlink accounts if needed.
- Broken or non-functional devices will have buyback value only if all active accounts have been removed.
- Our team will assess your device's condition in-store, which can take up to 30 minutes per device. The initial quote may change if the device's condition differs from what was initially described.
- After evaluation, we'll pay you via cash or bank transfer. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to process.

I got my Samsung S23 Ultra screen replaced here and can't thank them enough. Replaced with a genuine Samsung OLED screen feels exactly the same as the one I got replaced.
