I had an issue with my phone—it wouldn’t charge because the charging port was broken and dirty. I took it to Fusion Phones, and they analyzed it with their tools and did a very deep cleaning. The store is beautifully decorated, and they even have an adorable little dog! The staff, especially the lovely girl who helped me, were super friendly and professional. In less than 10 minutes, my phone's charging port was perfectly clean, and the best part? They didn’t charge me anything for the cleaning—it was completely free! Highly recommended for their amazing service and kindness!
Partner’s phone was absolutely wrecked, we had taken it to another store back home to get the battery and screen replaced only for it to break completely less than a month later. Fusion Phones was able to quickly identify and fix the issue within a few hours. We had a new battery, charging port, and backing glass done. Fantastic service left us feeling confident and happy that our issues were now resolved. Bonus points because they have a cute puppy in store!

I can't praise Gareth enough as I'd had my contents transfers through another business n they'd lost 90%of my photo's but Gareth preserved n retrieved them I have recommended Fusion phones to whoever I talk to now the staff are all so helpful
